Wii Fit is a spectacular blend of healthy, get fit movement, exercises and game playing fun. You can select a Wii bundle and add the We Ski game, and balance board to the excitement. The balance board is quite sensitive and it will react to the pressure and movement comes from your movements as you become part of the fitness game with this Wii interactive phenomenon.

Who would have imagined that you can get fit while having this much fun? While you can't program your own particular exercises into the machine, there are more than 40 Wii fit, activities to rev up the action for you and your entire family. Now you can enjoy a wide variety of sports, exercise, and games that are designed to get you up and moving. These Wii Fitness programs include yoga, muscle stretches, aerobics, and even game activities that are designed to test your balance and fitness levels.

Of course, the game is designed with core fitness in mind but it's the fun and challenges that will keep you coming back for more. When you are ready for slower and more controlled exercise movements, yoga and extreme body stretches will provide you with great personal training activities to do, but when you feel like bustin' some moves, the Wii Fit games are what you will want to take part in.

The balance board is a great way to develop your spinal alignment, good posture and increase your own balance and coordination. This board can hold up to 300 pounds and it is capable of recognizing different users by weight alone. Using the board will make sure that you do the movements properly and there is always great feedback from your onscreen personal trainer

You also have a way to be able to calculate your body mass index (BMI) and get a reading on your fitness level with the Wii Fit balance board. Yep, this is pretty much like going to the gym, except now your personal trainer is in your home and is available 24 hours a day. The first thing you have to do is select the Mii that identifies you onscreen and then you use the balance board to enter some basic personal data like height, age and weight. The machine calculates your fitness profile and you are ready to start.

Yoga moves can get you stretched and centered and yoga is an excellent way of getting your body in shape. Some of the poses you will learn to do are the Cobra, Warrior, Sun Salutation, and Palm Tree in the comfort of your family room. If you want to train your muscles, you can perform push-ups, leg lifts, squats, and leg extensions.

You can also choose fun activities like Hula Hoops, Tennis, Soccer, Snowboarding, Slalom adventures and many other s. Everyone will earn Fit Credits when they play that will give you special access to even more exercises and games. You don't even have to worry about keeping track of your activities, everything is recorded for you, and you have continual updates that show just how well you and your fitness program are progressing.

Wii Fit offers a wide variety of activities to allow the gamer to move and get their heart rate pumping. Wii Fitness by Nintendo has a fantastic following and is solely responsible for getting my family off of the couch.
